I get the feeling that wasn't the planned finish.
Randy probably bladed too hard.

No Goldberg, I guess.
It was just the 2K17

i actually think one of those elbows legit opened him up actually. there was one big one that really caught well, i think that was the one that did it. but id tend to agree, i dont think that was the planned finish. probably an f5 after that.
yea i rewound back, it was definitely a legit elbow that did it. i think it was planned between those 2, because randy covered up for every other shot, except for 2 elbows. one kinda grazed the top of his head, and then the 2nd one opened him up. and then he went back to covering up.
Overall, the show wasn't too bad.
The results were all favorable (save the disaster that is the Rusev/Reigns feud) and the matches were good.
My main complaints, as documented in the discussion, are the order of the US and Universal Title matches and all of the finisher kick outs.

the 6 woman tag was absolutely horrendous. other than that, i was into pretty much every other match. and the results were all fine for me... i didnt even mind jeriko beating enzo/cass... you gotta start building ko up sometime, hes lost every feud hes been in, on the main roster.
Takeover, once again, blew away the main roster PPV. And to whichever of you talked about goosebumps for Nakamura's entrance... it really was great. NXT had another GLORIOUS one as well.
FYI, Seth didn't do the perfectplex. It was a small package suplex I believe is what it was called. Not too different, but a bit more cradling and Rollins actually hooked the second leg with his leg before dropping them to the mat. Impressive as hell.
Only finisher's I hated being kicked out of specifically, was the AA from the turnbuckle and the F5. The AA from the ropes, I mean... come on. Especially after all that had already happened. The F5 because it came after Lesnar had been dominating. I am alright with Lesnar kicking out of the RKO because Orton got maybe 3 moves in during the entirety of the match. At this point, that is annoying as hell.
I honestly thought the Rollins/Balor match going before the US title 'match' was going to be my biggest complaint... until the end of the show happened.
