Royal Rumble

~22 days away from now is my 2nd favorite PPV from WWE. The Royal Rumble and unlike last few years there really isn't a favorite. There's a bunch of B-C options and really not a "great" option. So I'm opening a poll and seeing if I can get some people talking well in advance of it.

The Poll: Who do you think wins the Rumble?

I'm opening this now so that people can watch WWE and see what happens with the question in mind.

Wouldn't it be a hell of a lot more interesting if The Royal Rumble was an unscripted free-for-all fight and the last man standing was the deserving #1 contender rather than have 29 guys put Mr. Flavor of the Month over?

Reigns isn't over, Ziggler is in storyline hell, Bryan may not be trustworthy, Ambrose doesn't win...

I guess Rusev could win and that would make sense, but there's not really many choices, are there?

Thoughts on Rollins? I know they stuck him in the title match but I still like the idea of the Rumble winner falling just short, Rollins being the new "Mr. Opertunist" and cashing in end of the night and become the one who beat the one in 21-1 (associate him with Heyman if Lesnar's gone for good).

It would conclude the build that you've spent on the Shield breakup, leave Reigns, Ryback, Rusev, whoever looking strong going forward. I'd have to look, there has to be a heel out there that could use a Daniel Bryan story for heat (like Bray Wyatt at Rumble last year). I just hope they don't use a returning Sheamus to eliminate Bryan and you get that as a mania match to open the card for the fourth or fifth time.

Very little chance on Rollins. He's in the title match and he still has the briefcase. Plus, I don't want the Rumble winner doing a job at Mania again, either.

I'm worried they're going to have Orton, Sheamus or Reigns to eliminate Bryan, and I'm guessing a likely hostile crowd will shit all over that. (But really, anyone but Bryan, Ziggler or Ambrose has a very good chance of being shit on, so they're fucked either way.)

I wouldn't mind Ambrose winning while Rollins cashes in after losing the match. Rollins Cena rematch at next PPV, Cena loses because of outside interference from another heel (Rusev?) WM is Ambrose vs Rollins and Cena vs whoever interfered.
