thompson/cote was a bit underwhelming for what i expected. 3rd round picked it up a little... cote still got that chin/toughness, he was out on his feet the last minute or so after that right. i got it 29-28 thompson.

unanimous decision for thompson, 29-28, 29-28, 30-27.

I'd pretty much had Thompson winning each round, this fight was a pretty easy decision.

i had cote in round 1 based on his cage control, but i wasnt bitching when i heard the 30-27.

what an awesome round 1 nunes/zingano. nunes was on her way to a 10-8 round, and then went for that stupid submission that put her on her back, then zingano dominated the last 2 rounds, including that awesome combination ddt/throw. still had nunes winning the round 10-9 though.

zingano going for the ken shamrock wwf ankle lock should give her a 10-7 round by default. alas it doesnt, 10-9 zingano, whoever takes the 3rd takes the fight on my card.

brutal finish. you gotta have a lot of strength to throw a person over your head by their neck, essentially.

im not looking forward to romero/kennedy much, i expect it to be a wrestlefuck clinic... but the 3 fights after that... or at least the 2 before the title fight, should be downright awesome.

naturally i was wrong about romero/kennedy. fight of the night. with some awesome theatrics and extra curricular stuff. just an awesome and crazy fight/in between round goings on. fun times.

eddie alvarez coming out to eye of the tiger, awesome. and then cerrones entrance is always awesome, even if he uses a kid rock song. this card was sick, even if mouse/cariaso turns out boring.

29-28 cerrone, great fight. that mightve been a 10-8 3rd round, but i dont think it matters, that should be pretty straight forward scoring of all 3 rounds... alvarez in the 1st, cerrone in the 2nd and 3rd. title fight up next for cowboy?

29-28 across the board, unanimous decision for cerrone.

no shocker in that fight. im not sure who you can give to demetrious next. theres not much left. dodson and benavidez again, thats about it. i think dodson could beat mighty mouse actually, theyre similar fighters... but yea, he already beat dodson and benavidez. meh.
