so, i think they have two more shows taped after tomorrow's july 4th event. i didnt read the spoilers... but lets assume they go the logical route, and finn becomes the champ... do him or owens appear on either of the next two shows, and how do they explain the title switch? unless they have a screwy ending and wait for the next takeover to give finn the belt, which might be all sorts of lame, even with owens being the best guy in the company at the moment.

im just getting to this weeks episode right now... great start, the vaudevillains are great.

I figured that was gonna be the case. They've made such a big deal about him going back to Japan it was kinda hard not to do that.

Also, I think we'll be seeing more of Owens on RAW for the forseeable future. Maybe they keep him up there after his run with Cena is done. Have Samoa Joe come up too, have Joe say Owens is dodging him, and that's why he is here.

i suppose if youre watching nxt on a weekly basis, you know its taped. it would still look lame, with finn as the champ, to have the next two weeks of tapings have owens come out with the belt... and have graves or saxton on post commentating edits say "owens lost this belt a couple days ago, but we tape 4 weeks at a time, so these next two shows are already outdated!"

on a positive note, ive seen the cards for the next two weeks... and neither finn or owens are on the cards. so, they had it planned out well.

I knew it was taped, but I didn't know it was taped that far in advance.

I figured they would have just had Finn champ anyway knowing it would air after, but not having them on the card at all works even better I suppose.

They tape in order, so Finn would have had two matches (last 2 weeks) in the first two hours of taping.

its a shame that enzo is pretty awful in the ring, because hes got charisma forever.

wow, that crowd was really crushed when enzo/cass lost. theyre obviously setting up for the long burn to them getting the straps.
