I like Sheamus in ring just fine, most of the time, though. His character is just awful.

I thought, and maybe I'm forgetting, but I thought he got over pretty well as a heel?

Here's a name that would be a perfect way to get them over in WWE...
AJ Styles. Assuming A) WWE wants him, B) He'd sign with WWE, C) He isn't signed with TNA.
You immediately elevate a guy who comes with his own fan base (much like Daniel Bryan and CM Punk) and you also make him an important part of the show. He's in his mid 30s I think so if he's ever going to hit it in WWE it has to be IMMEDIATELY. Pairing him up with HHH, Batista, and Orton does that.
If you mean someone younger I don't know, BNB seems to be getting some steam.
Of the "younger" guys:
Redebute ARi to the main roster?
I always thought Drew McIntyre could do more than he's been post "Chosen One"
Tyson Kidd?
I don't know much about the NXT guys.
Maybe this is how you split up shield by having Ambrose or Rollins become that 4th guy? The "cream of the crop" in Shield.

Styles signed a deal with New Japan, too, he's booked up through the Summer, from what I can tell.
McIntyre would make a ton of sense, but the 3MB stench would have to be removed with a hiatus first. (Side story: I was watching McIntyre/Morrison on Superstars from 2011 and man were they both OVER. The brand split just fucking killed Drew.)
Kidd would make a ton of sense, as well, but I doubt it. It has been said he's going to get a "renewed push." I'd rather that be putting on some good matches with Neville in NXT than joining Evolution, though.
3MB is what it is the Blue Meanie J.O.B. squad of 2014. Most of the matches its been Jindal (that I've seen) eating the pinfalls and Slater eating most of the beatdowns. The original Evolution yea because neither Orton or Batista were "made men". Now they're almost as big if not bigger than HHH. You immediately make McIntyre that "first fued" guy as the face works to beat their way up the Evolution chain to get to HHH. Meanwhile you have Reigns facing off with HHH or Batista. You have a machine ready to mass produce the babyfaces.
Let McIntyre start with someone like Ziggler who has been almost non existent since the NAO came back recredify him in the ring. Have King, Cole, and JBL rehash the "Chosen One" stuff, the former IC champ, etc. Completely white wash the 3MB stuff.
I'd go with Drew vs Big E. Drew is 6" taller and make Big E look all that more strong throwing a guy like McIntyre around.
After that I'd even try and spin Leo's boy face and blame HHH for being an albatross around his (Sandow) neck.
You could even use this to "Debute" Sammy Zayn and some of the other NXT guys
I think by Summerslam or Rumble next year you could have him ready for his own push with a match vs Batista.
He's 29 in June. He's the right height 6'5", He's been in the WWE a while, he's done the dirty work (3MB). I think most fans would respect him as being almost an Anti-Batista. He's been basically torn all the way to the base and would be a blank slate in a lot of fans eyes.

Eh, I guess. And the residuals from his divorce should be forgotten by now, too. I'd love to see it, as I do like Drew quite a bit.
I'd rather they turn Sandow face than what they're doing with him right now, but his gimmick makes too much sense as a heel to turn him face.
But....it'd be better than burying him as he currently is

I know his character as currently constructed is better as a heel but there's so many right now that its just not possible to highlight everyone.
Top Tier: HHH, Batista, Orton (who you know are going to be featured very prominently), Wyatts (who also are being pushed very hard), Kane
Others: Barrett, Rusev with Lana, Heyman guys (who are going to get tv time), FAN DAN GO, etc.
Theres only so much tv time to be had. The true faces consist of
Shield, DBryan, and ... Cesaro... Usos maybe?
You do with Sandow something similar to the CM Punk "voice of the voiceless" and let him come out and "educate" Evolution.

I think they're still pushin Cesaro as a heel for some reason with the whole Heyman thing.

I'm not expecting Sandow to be in the main event mix, though. Just revive the dormant US title and add him to that mix.
If you think that'd distract the Shield storyline or something have HHH strip Ambrose of the title for not defending it enough. That helps both ways actually.

Yeah, Cesaro was building big face momentum, I thought. The heel turn feels forced.

They did the same thing with Rock in '98. I figure it's setting up for a legit face turn and Brock match down the road.
That makes sense.
Heyman gets too greedy and takes too much credit, then Cesaro-Brock.
