I like how every time an injury happens with a legit mistake on what otherwise is just a routine move, or maybe a higher spot (like in Seth's case) they make a huge deal about that otherwise mundane spot when they are in the ring doing it again.

Like when the Vaudvillians were being evil by trying to throw Enzo out under the ropes again.

It was perfectly setup for Dean. I was hoping they would have him attack from behind, rather than the stupid marathon down the ramp. It wouldn't have made sense to be one of these guys to act like he's going to at any time for 5-6 months. His character called for him to cash in quickly. My question is was it the fastest cash in? I know Kane a few years ago cashed in on Rey (I think) in like an hour and a half.
