I wonder if maybe he knew his ticker wasn't that great and did all this so that he could have something else other than the "self destruction of the Ultimate Warrior" as a legacy? Its eerie given what he said at the HoF and on Monday now.

The last I saw of anything regarding UW was a couple of years back where he seemed to be doing a series of videos on youtube pissing and moaning about what a fraud Hogan was/is. I have no idea if it was all for show as everything surrounding wrestling is, or if he was speaking some form of truth. *shrug* Not knowing wtf the deal was, it came off to me as just a bitter old man using the internet as his proverbial soapbox.

Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. Vince (through Triple H) makes amends to Warrior, gets him into the HOF, to WM30, and back on Raw, and then he dies. Unbelievable.

I'm starting to think his own death wasn't so much of a surprise to Warrior.

Yeah, I'm guessing(and I stress guessing), that he knew he had some health problems, and wanted to mend fences before he went out.

The problem with that is, Warrior's promos have always been weird like that, so we didn't think anything of it at the time.

Those that were around UW during the Mania weekend say that he was sweaty and looked like "he was going to blow a gasket" physically at any time. I'm thinking he knew he had some sort of cardiac ailment (reportedly clutched his chest when he collapsed), most likely a steroid or drug-induced cardiomyopathy and he wanted to make sure he wasn't posthumously inducted like Savage will wind up being.

Of course, that's me spit-balling. UW always looked like he was going to blow a gasket physically. That cat was wound different than everyone else.
