figures, i cut it off 4 minutes early. i was hoping he was gonna call out HOAK HOGAN... but evidently he didnt bite on all the chants. jakes speech was great, i actually teared up at the end... and carlitos "the kliq just came out, we got warrior up next... send out the colons. and they cut our time... its like i never left" was downright glorious. plus him checking out layla and the girl with the red hair whos name i forget. awesome, i cant help but feel him and shelton shouldve been much bigger than they were.
Eva Marie is the red haired girl from Total Divas. (Not like it really matters. Of course, she could be Divas champion by the time the night is over.)
Warrior calling out McDevit for losing the F was pretty fucking funny, too. And Kane saying he needed time to talk about his "daddy" and the "Kane can drive" story was awesome.
No idea what happened with Carlito to make him flame out...he had a unique look, could talk, and wasn't a bad worker. Shelton, I always understood, because he couldn't talk. (I would've loved to see him with Heyman as a mouthpiece, but his heel work kinda sucked, anyway.)
i always heard it was a work ethic thing with carlito. they even put him in a fued/storyline with flair at the end there, and they said even flair couldnt get him around... who knows how true that all is.
and yea shelton couldnt talk... but thats easily fixable. he was/is ridiculous in the ring... especially at a point in time, where you only had cena, edge, orton and batista as guys who got elevated.... carlito and shelton were two guys who easily shouldve been elevated. same thing a year or two later with kennedy and mvp. they had limitations, but they were so barren of talent on the top, that you shouldve been elevating the few guys who showed a spark. i dont think any of those 4 guys could survive now with how top heavy it is... if any of them could, it would be mvp and carlito, because they were both decent enough in the ring and solid on the mic... whereas kennedy was solid on the mic but awful in the ring, and vice versa for shelton.
and yea, i forgot about paul bearers induction. it was short, sweet and to the point... kane was great, his kids came out for all of a minute and one of them gave the "oh yes", and then taker coming out... that was a good one too.
Witlon's WM Predictions(I haven't read the betting lines, outside of a peak on front page of RSPW this week.):
Battle Royal: Eh...I'll guess Big Show. But I'll outline who I think has a shot.
Favorites
1. Big Show
2. Sheamus
3. Surprise Entrant (RVD/Cesaro/Rusev)
Wouldn't Surprise Me
1. The Miz (undefeated at Wrestlemania. If they have any plans for him, there's no reason for him to lose a throwaway match.)
2. Dolph Ziggler (won a poll on WWE.com asking who would be the next to get a big Mania moment.)
3. Goldust (lifetime achievement award, maybe?)
Shield v. Kane/Outlaws : No turn here, Shield wins clean.
Divas Title : Probably one of the Total Diva girls. It's a shame, though. I'd rather they just keep the belt on AJ and have her drop it to Paige(debut her tomorrow on Smarkamania) next month.
Cena v. Wyatt : Wyatt clean. Cena gets revenge at Extreme Rules.
Tag Titles : Uso's win. Real Americans don't break up. (Save the pop for Cesaro on Raw with all the internet fans.)
Taker v. Brock : Not Brock.
HHH v. Bryan : Bryan by DQ, I think. HHH gets frustrated, grabs the sledge and goes nuts on Bryan's arm. Sets up a rematch next month.
Bryan v. Orton v. Batista : Bryan overcomes the odds, Bret Hart(at WMX) style.
I'd be perfectly happy with the show if all of these happened. Or, hell, just give me Bryan and Wyatt winning and I'm happy.
whichever bella is with daniel bryan wins the divas title... and i still think cena has to overcome the odds over bray. im with the rest. the battle royal is big show or rusev.
i dont watch tna much anymore... but mvp was gold in the benoit and matt hardy feuds. i never really cared for kennedy either.
Divas: See, we thought that at Summerslam...I think if it's a Total Diva, it's Summer Rae or Eva Marie...call it a hunch.
Cena/Bray: I hope not. Some kind of heel has to go over tonight, right?!? And not HHH or Big Dave.
It's for the best. The big feuds for their last PPV were MVP v. Dixie Carter and Abyss v. Eric Young. (I don't watch it anymore, but I follow the results enough to know what's going on.)
I didn't really like the MVP/Benoit matches, so that kinda took me out of that. The Hardy feud was good, though.
To elaborate on my opinion of T's speech, I probably didn't enjoy it for the reasons he intended it to be enjoyed.

I'm betting HHH/Bryan ends in some kind of no contest and the main event turns into a fatal 4 way....but Bryan still comes out on top.

Foley looks like a damn hobo they just pulled off Bourbon St on the pre-preshow. Borrowed sports jacket and a Christmas shirt. Too funny
Jimmy Hart just said Ryback has the stamina to win the Battle Royal
Network audio is hot garbage right now. Stream is solid though
