Well, since they're obviously not going to have Cena join Nexus I guess they're killing this whole Nexus angle before they really even did anything with it.

As I feared from the onset, it was a s/l that seemed to have great promise but they just did absolutely nothing with it until it dwindled away.

i dont think its so much of a guarantee that nexus is done. theyre starting to get a little stale, so it could go either way... but it seems kinda random to end it at hell in a cell, when you got two team based ppvs coming up... bragging rights and survivor series. plus, it doesnt look like cenas gonna be chasing the title for a little while, so throwing him in nexus and him trying to end it from the inside or some such could give the nexus a new life, and cena something to do for a bit.

The entire premise of the match makes no sense to me anyways.

Why would Nexus even want Cena to join? They know he hates them. Do they think that if they slap a Nexus arm band and t-shirt on him they can reprogram him like Locutus of Borg?

the premise is backwards... but the first month could be intriguing, have barrett make cena do all the heavy lifting. every time they have a match, cenas the participant for nexus, and because hes the great NEVER BACK DOWN wrestler that he is, he still wins every thing. maybe even a tag title run with gabriel or barrett... theres different ways they can go with it, make it somewhat intriguing. but yea, the whole purpose of them wanting him in nexus is ass backwards... but thats wrestling for you, you gotta suspend logic.

The Rock asking for pie. Undertaker burying people alive. Its getting to the point where I am missing Y2J. The closest we've seen of that was the email comment he made two weeks ago.
