i dont know, but any momentum he had by costing barrett the win, was completely crushed when he was the only person in the entire world that didnt know he was about to get rko'd by getting in the ring.

They didn't really say anything about who (if anyone) is the replacement.

yea thats what pretty much confused me... they showed the graphic with 5 guys, but if memory serves, they still called it the 6 pack challenge.

The commentary team joked about whether or not it should be called a "5 pack challenge" during the main event.

I'm not sure if that means anything, though.

is it just me or does the main event make little sense as a one fall match instead of an elimination match?

Yea, logic would dictate that Morrison should be in, but I doubt it at this point. If that was the plan, they would have done it then. My bet is that they either leave it a 5 or have a battle royal the RAW before NoC to determine a replacement. "Rumor" has it that they were trying to get the "I'll quit WWE if I don't win the Championship at NoC" stipulation that he gave himself off. He may have signed a new deal as his deal was ending around then and they don't plan on him winning so they had to get him out of it.

RAW really frustrates me. Jericho, Edge, and Morrison haven't really done much since going to RAW even with HHH out of action and Michaels retiring. Imagine if they were still there. Then these NEXUS guys come and take up more TV time. Could Heath Slater have been more annoying and goofy last night? Gabriel got fed to Cena. Barrett fed to Super Orton now. The other 2 didn't do anything. Super Orton vs. Super Cena next week. Anyone actually think there will be a clean finish?

I like Smackdown more and soon it will gone from my viewing pleasure as I don't have cable or satellite at this time. No more pro wrestling on TV for me. Oh wait, I get a Spanish channel that had some wacky pro wrestling on Saturday afternoon. All Luchedor, all the time.

Super Face Orton's really starting to annoy me.

The never let anyone get over on him...NEVER. You see someone setting him up for a finisher and you know he's going to duck or block it and then hit the RKO.

And then he does that stupid thing where he stretches his head in the air and looks back and forth 20 times. WTF is that?

And "WWE'S APEX PREDATOR!!!" is starting to get more annoying than JR yelling "STONE COLD!!!" 50 times in a row.

His character is dumb as a face. He needs to go back to being a heel.

The reason he's a face is because everyone knows that 1) he is the locker room leader, 2) HBK is never coming back except when he gets inducted into the HOF, and 3) Triple H is all but done as an in-ring performer. Nobody likes Cena besides young kids and teenage girls. So who else can be an effective face? Sheamus is a heel forever. The Miz's prick persona works. Edge will more than likely re-join Smackdown once they move to SyFy. Undertaker isn't leaving Smackdown. Orton is a face almost by default.

The Miz as a face could work. WWE does need to work on its bench of faces though all the good ones are heels.

The Miz as a face would never work because he's just as much of a prick as his WWE persona. Plus he literally looks like a jackass.

The only reason why Cena is a face is because he's the best with the mic. Miz is okay with the mic, but he's just too much of an ass.

I didn't really think about the lack of dominant faces but now that you mention it I guess there really isn't much.

I think Jack Swagger could make a good face.

They don't put any of the other faces in meaningful feuds so no one really cares about them. It's all about Cena, Orton, Taker, and Mysterio as far as that goes. Everyone else bounces around and there's no clear direction (Morrison, Christian, etc.).

They should push Morrison as the next Shawn Michaels. He's got the persona for it.

I'm getting so sick of Super Orton always getting the one up on everyone at the end of every Raw.

It's gotten to the point where I actually found myself hoping Cena beat him in the Main Event, and I hate Cena.

On the plus side, Jericho was hilarious today telling Cole to shut up and read the emails.

Great episode if you ask me.
Yeah Cena and Orton do their silly thing at the end, but look past that if you will.
The huge bumps taken by the Nexus guys were impressive. Looking forward for the DB-v-Miz match more and more. Jericho's search for the GM is going forward nicely on tv. Gold Regal -v- Regal Dust was good for a laugh. Evan Bourne -v- Edge should develop into something I hope, I think they could have something there.

What was the point in having Jericho lose, get bumped out of the 6-pack challenge, and then win his way back in? I'd guess it had something to do with the contract situation, but it just played out stupidly. No way Orton wins on Sunday. Booking 101 dictates otherwise. I bet there is no title change...or Super Cena wins.
