He's seriously injured (multiple injuries sustained in a match vs. RVD) and has been abusing pain killers for a while now. He's going through a divorce and his soon-to-be ex wife is pregnant with his second child.

its going to be a while before they let him back in. they basically gave him a choice between going to rehab or opting out and he opted out of his contract which had a clause in there if where if he went into rehab he would have got payed still.
I read a solid article about how the damn WWE schedule is so scarily bad. I mean, working 4 live shows a week has to be hell on a person's body, especially guys like Angle and Benoit who take suplexes and other bumps like they're nothing.

In other news/rumors, supposedly Vince McMahon has been considering a NWO vs. DX angle, with Scott Hall being rumored to return.
Also in the rumor category, apparently a former WCW wrestler told a wrestling news source that Bret Hart told him the Montreal Incident was a work (angle) that he had full knowledge of.

I hope the crowd shits on everything that Shawn does tonight. He deserves worse than that for the Montreal thing, and the Vader thing...and the Sid thing...and *sigh* being a dick in general.
I have a feeling that DX might not be at Raw tonight. Vince and Shane are supposedly resting in a medical center here in the U.S. tonight, so I have a feeling they might get terrorized.

Ugh@continuing the DX-McMahon fued.
There was no way DX was going to lose a PPV match in the fued, so what's even the point? All they did in it was bury the tag team champs and kill Big Show's untouchable streak that's made ECW so fun to watch for the last 2 months. The main competitors in the fued Shane-Vince-Trips-Shawn gained nothing and lost nothing(conisdering Shane and Vince aren't full time workers.)
