Man, Alex Wright as Berlyn had alot of potential. *sigh*

    As for Raw last night...

I like that they kept Mickie strong, despite having no face divas to challenge for the belt(Maria and Torrie don't count). Nitro and Melina are fresh heels for Raw and Carlito-Nitro will be real good at SNME or Summerslam. Trish-Melina should be an intresting fued as well. As for the potential romance angle between Carlito and Trish...*vomits*

Umaga-Kamala. Another Umaga squash, nice little blast from the past with the Brawler(as Kim Chee) at ringside with Kamala and using his original music as well. No matter how old Umaga squashes are getting, Armando is never going to get old on the mic.

Torrie Wilson needs fired, shot or hung. That's all on that. Edge's whiny ***** promo was expected, nothing new, we get one every time he blows a big opertunity. It was kinda obvious what was going down when he walked out, that he was coming back.

As a large part of the IWC, I HATE CENA BEING NICE TO CM'S GIRL. DON'T **** WITH THE SMARK'S GOD #3(Behind Angle and Benoit). Of course, he whines about Edge whining and sounds even whinier than Edge, and just annoys the shit out of me.

Cade/Murdoch v. V Squared. Good to see Val back, always been a guilty pleasure for me. This Charlie/Lillian/Viscera triangle HAS to end up with either A: Charlie getting put over or B: Charlie getting put over, and Lillian turning heel. Any other way, it's just Charlie on TV with no purpose(which is nice to see Charlie on TV).

The DX skit...wasn't funny. Trips as Vince wasn't funny at all. I'm sorry. Shawn as Shane was semi-funny, and the all so subtle shot at "Stephanie McMahon's baby daddy" always gets a chuckle. Seen the Tuesday Night Titans dance too much to laugh at it, and the shit shower, well...I'm sorry. It's a ****ing wrestling show.

The Flair interview made no sense. Foley didn't want to wrestle him, so he's indeed a glorified stuntman? Wha? Sorry Flair, you're losing your interview skills.

Kane/Orton was just there, nothing special. Orton had to go over here. More stuff on the Kane/FaKane storyline and Kane stealing his mask back is semi-intresting. I still like the scenario that "FaKane" was the real Kane and he stepped aside due to injury or whatever and let the unmask Kane take over. Hopefully, they'll give us SOME insight before taking Hankinson off of TV for good.

RVD/Cena. This is the first time I actually though the WWE title may change hands on free TV. And then the Edge interview/leaving the arena it was just obvious that it was setting up the Triple Threat. Match wasn't bad, certainly not ONS good, though.

With SNME coming up in 3 weeks, I don't know. Lots was packed in to this show, but nothing in stone. No Shelton Benjamin(I see he had a squash match on Heat), and Orton has no direction right now either. Whatever. I'm not happy with this DX crap every week. And I haven't noticed in a few weeks, but the show really looks naked with Chris Masters. **** Talent Wellness.

it's wrestling entertainment. the results of matches are scripted. (Yes I am aware that you are aware of this)

If I wanted to watch wrestling for wrestling and wrestling alone I'd watch amature style wrestling, like the kind Angle was in in the olympics.

Half the fun of the show is the entertainment/storylines/male soap opera shit and I, for one, am glad to see some of the good shit coming back.
The past month are two is the first time I got a real laugh out of the show in a long time.

But to each his own, I guess, that's just my humble opinion.

DX is bringing back old memories. I watched their little thing last night, well most of it. I was switching back and fourth with the Atlanta game. I always enjoyed when someone gets the best of the McMahons
"For someone who was never meant for this world, I must confess I'm suddenly having a hard time leaving it. Of course, they say every atom in our bodies was once part of a star. Maybe I'm not leaving... maybe I'm going home."

    I said that, didn't I, redsfan?

As for Leo, I'm entertained by professional wrestling. I know it's scripted, I don't care. I don't watch the damn show to see shit get dropped on 7 guys. I watch the show because Bret Hart, Jeff Jarrett, Scott Hall, Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair put on 4 star matches night in and night out for the fans. The emotion of the matches, the feeling of being on the edge of your seat is gone.

Wrestling has changed from 5 star matches to SuperCena telling poop jokes and DX doing the same thing they did 9 years ago, only now, it's not funny, because I'm not 12 years old.

BTW, having HBK dance around like an idiot, the guitarist look like Hogan, the port-a-potty, and Triple H say "That's because you're full of crap" was one of the funniest things DX has done EVER!!!

i'm not critisizing your opinion, so I apologize if it appears as so. I'm merely bouncing off your opinion to state my contrasting opinion. (hope that made sense)

Anyways, for me I can't just get into the wrestling matches on the own when I know it's all coriographed. To me, if there's no storylines or antics involved I may as well be watching glorified gymnastics.

At the same time there's an equal balance, of course. If every wrestler tried to live off DX-style antics then it'd just be overdone.
To me, i'm fine with having good matt-skills-first wrestlers mixed in with your characters.

The problem with WWE until recently is that the storylines and what not they've tried to pass off have all been dull and bland. Add to that boring matches and it was all crap.
I like the resurgance of DX because it adds a flavor of comedy to the show that hasn't been there in years.

(and I hate Cena too, by the way...the character, gimmick, and the crap they push with him, along with his mat "skills" all suck)

Dude, the guitarist was Hogan. That was from the short-lived varity show Tuesday Night Titans from back in the 80's. Wrestlecrap has made fun of that hundreds of times, which is probably why I'm oblivious to laughing at it.

As for Leo, I understand your POV, personally, I just don't find that as comedy. I don't watch movies like that because they just aren't funny to me, so I probably won't enjoy that from a wrestling show, personally.

Edge being the champion makes me love to watch wrestling again. Go smoke some more Rob.

    Now...to get rid of DX.

i'm glad they're not doing the "ECW star has the WWE title" thing anymore...even if RVD kinda forced their hand behind the scenes on it.

Does Edge have to defend the title tonight against RVD? Since it was going to be vice versa originally.
