I don't know if I'd say he's more charismatic than Woods but I do think Seth Rollins belongs in the conversation.
I always like anyone who actually responds to the crowd, and responds well to however they're reacting/chanting.

One of the main reasons Kevin Owens came to mind. That NXT promo, I still can't praise him enough for it. The question came to mind because I know someone who really doesn't like New Day. I know I was on that side of the fence at first, but I always said it is going to be about Woods. Not sure without Woods, if my perception of Kofi and Big E could have ever changed.
I think any McMahon you want to put out there outside of Linda is good, but they don't count at the same time.
cena, reigns, ambrose, owens, bray, big show, miz, sandow and ziggler [maybe sheamus too, if i had to stretch on another] are pretty much the only guys on the roster, other than new day, that have a natural charisma/are allowed to show it. i dont know who has more or less, reigns is growing on me again, bray is undeniable, owens is the man... but xavier is really entertaining the hell out of me. new day in general, but xavier's outside the ring antics, make even their matches must watch tv.
rollins too, i forgot to list him, but i figured it was a given with leo having mentioned him already.
Right... I just have to have Woods in my top 5 as of right now. Of course, that is based off of who their characters are and how they portray them on television. Seth Rollins I like, but the 15 minute monologues need to end. Perhaps if he wasn't hampered by the PG rating and being the Authority's bitch in storylines, he could carry those on for that long.
Cena is Cena. Just because some of us are bored to death of him, there is no denying he charisma. Recently I have discovered I don't mind Miz in a buffer role. I can't stand when he is the focus of a story, but the triple threat situation, the hosting of Miz TV, etc... I didn't mind as much.
Xavier Woods has just become 'Can't miss TV' despite not really wrestling. Pretty impressive.
15 minute monologues are pretty much a requirement for any heel holding the main strap.
But if I'm going to have to listen to someone rattle off a 15 minute monologue Rollins does it well.

It's only a requirement if it's made one by the company. For him being the authority's bitch boy, being whiney kind of goes hand in hand with long, overkill promos I guess.
