    Who do you want as your first baseman, outside of Pujols?

    Aaron Boone and Chris Singleton are debating this during the Phillies vs. Padres game, not coincidentally a game involving two of the top first baseman. As I type this, and make this thread, Gonzalez just mashed his 2nd homerun of the night. Albert Pujols is the unquestioned King and you're a fool to think otherwise. But who's next? There's so many good choices, but there can be only one.

    I really like this young guy Joey Votto. He plays really good defense plus has great power that will just develop even more as he comes into his prime. He would be a great player to set a team around.
