We could compare Chapman to past foreign imports. So what do you think Chapman is going to be like? Or does he even break into the majors?
He's the next Livan Hernandez (-150 lbs)
next Hideki Irabu
Jose Contreras Jr.
Kaz Ishii
Hideo Nomo!
Some other Asian I'm forgetting
He's going to be a lot better than anything listed here
He's going to be worse (if that's possible) ?
He'll never play a full season in the majors (sorry reds fans!)

Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.

That is ridiculous to compare him to an inferior athlete like Irabu or Ishii. I project that Chapman might be what Brien Taylor could have been for the Yankees.
Hard to say, I went optimistic though (of course). In hopes of seeing some great Reds baseball down the road, and for baseball in general to have a pitcher to awe the world. I am all for seeing this guy succeed.

Haha, or Skyline Chili!
It's hard to project him just now. After a year or so of competition, we'll know a lot more about him. Let him start in Class A+ and see where he goes from there.

This guy throws over 100 mph pretty consistently. He is going to be something special when he gets a role with his team.
