A-Rod...I mean Josh Willingham.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
went with Smoltz since J.J. Hardy isn't on the list. He basically carried the Brewers this week. And Prince Fielder also!!! It all good. I will just keep taking the wins while they come and enjoy baseball life while it is good!!!
6-1 record for the week and 21-10! I love it!
Hardy and Fielder had good numbers...but they didnt really stand out like the other 4 either.

Good Choice Wilt, I was considering him or a couple of other guys.

John Smoltz. Who cares about Willingham? They won't have a shot at the playoffs.
"For someone who was never meant for this world, I must confess I'm suddenly having a hard time leaving it. Of course, they say every atom in our bodies was once part of a star. Maybe I'm not leaving... maybe I'm going home."
It is ok that the Brewers are NOT being recognized all that much. I will just keep on taking the best overall record in baseball and live in obscurity (sp.). It's all good. Wins are more important anyways!!!!
F.Y.I.--
Prince Fielder was named N.L. Player of the Week.
Fielder's numbers from last week
.440 .avg 4 HR's 12 RBI's (the RBI's lead all of baseball last week)
It is ok to omit him and any other Brewers, we are just not use to the Brewers being a decent team, so people just overlook them.
Maybe next week.
Fielder hit two of his bombs (and one other baseknock) with three RBI's in yesterdays win over the Pirates.... and since Porter went from Saturday to Saturday, not to Sunday, those results were obviously not included in the players he looked at.
It's not bias, it just wouldn't be fair to look at a week that was made much sexier by a Sunday effort when he isn't looking at other players efforts from yesterday (those would be looked at for week 6.)
.: My Last.fm
fair enough.... not mad or upset, just stating the facts.
Like I said in an earlier post, I will keep taking the wins over individual recognition anyways!
