    Reported on twitter via ESPN Insiderfrom Jerry Crasnick:

    New in Rumor Central: OF Randy Winn is on the Nationals' radar: http://insider.espn.go.com/mlb/features/rumors
    Crasnick goes on to say that he may be an influence on Dukes. I like the thought of that. Dukes has a ton of potential. Hopefully they can find someone to get him going.

    Then again, thinking about all these mentoring siginings leaves me with one question. Where have all the managers gone?
