If someone can tell me how to fix it without having to expand the teams and keep the talent the same as it is. I don't know how to fix it. I've tried different league totals and there hasn't been a significant difference. I haven't found anything through online searches either.

Maybe consider expansion? Even if you're just autoing 4 teams they still serve the purpose of keeping the talent in check if that's what it takes?

Then I'd have to finish the season first. Even if it lets you add teams during the season, it would be a disaster I'm sure lol.

Does 6.5 have some sort of player creation setting?

I'd set the player creation to 1.2 for stuff, movement and control. Might take a couple of seasons. But that would help. That's what I've done for my possible PSL reboot
