2032/2033 player under the age of 30 save (see post)

Each team will get 1 save of a player under the age of 30 (at the time of the injury). This only applies to a season-ending or career-ending injury. You only get 1 for this 2 year period so use it wisely. Once it has been processed (at the end of the season) it cannot be changed. You can change your choice before that time if you so choose. Here is the format:

team name
position - player name
overall ratings at the time of injury
talent ratings at the time of injury

Example:
