Status quo, update yo'

Have I been slacking? Perhaps. Intentionally? You betcha.

As I responded to hammer earlier, I have noticed that maybe 3/4th of the current GMs we have signed up, have been around the forums and maybe half that have been on frequent enough to count as "active". I have no intention to run a league when a third of it is completely ran by a computer. I don't have that patience, or desire to bother.

But I do, if we have an active league. So here's the deal. We have 26 signed up. Nick is MIA, that's 25. Not counting myself, that's 24.


If those 24 show up, and "sign" this thread (aka post in it claiming their existence and undying loyalty to whatever we'll call this league!) we move on. I think a week from now is the deadline.


The only other option is, a small league. 20 to 22 teams, maybe fewer if there's fewer than that wanting or staying in the league. In that case, I can tell you a few generic details: 12/10 or 10/10 split, two divisions in each league, and yes we'd have a contraction draft. It's only fair, as I'm not deleting a bunch of good players. If you'd like to consider that after a week's time, we can do that, no problem.

P.S. If you were or are still apart of this league but you are not in S3SL (ran by missionhockey21), I strongly suggest giving it a looksee, I believe a team or two are still open. It's been around since before Jesse Orosco.
