The only other team I'd consider at this point is probably COL, but I really want to use the DH so I'm all but sure I'll be CLE then. That almost fills out that division too.

Yeah, albbla's pretty good about getting back to me, and I actually had made him a S3SL trade offer right around the time I made the post about TPSL ending because he had made refference to how I was folding up shop over here or something like that... so I'm not entirely sure if he's been on the TPSL board or even knows about the 10 league yet. If he wants Cincy I'm not going to deny him, although I'll mention that you want to run them, Slyder.
Maybe he'll want to take someone in the West? Doubt he'd be Colorado since that's who he runs in Mission's league, though they are entirely different than that team obviously. If he's a Rockies fan in real life maybe that would work though. Would help make that division respectable, with Mofo and wes already in there.
