    Re: 2018 Predictions

AL East: (aka most realistic division in terms of competition)
    1. Tampa- they have enough talent to hold off the old guys
    2. NYY- but barely, NYY is still loaded with a hall of fame class
    3. Baltimore- they still have some talent to be .500
    4. Toronto- HiG is just in a bad division to ever really compete
    5. Boston- have they ever competed?

AL Central: (aka the poop division)
    1. Chicago, time to play spoiler but really it's anyone's division
    2. Detroit, they're really not that impressive looking on paper
    3. Kansas City, if he had more pitching, it's his division
    4. Cleveland, it's still a myth they have a GM
    5. Minnesota, consider that Zoddy has won more games each season since being in the league

AL West: (the ****ed up pyth division)
    1. Oakland, they're reclaiming territory
    2. Seattle, worst playoff team in the history of sim leagues?
    3. Los Angeles, doppel's team is the equivalent of a manic depressive person
    4. Texas, they're gonna hurt you with homeruns but that's about it

NL East: (let's call it the mission division)
    1. Atlanta, I wish they had a legit pen
    2. Florida, staples of the team have now gone, it's reload time
    3. Philadelphia, he's probably to busy stalking people on the OOTP forums to pay attention
    4. New York, beginning of a new ERA, a few seasons from now...
    5. Washington, Haf could win this division or finish with NY in the pits

NL Central: (DMB sucks platypus tail division)
    1. Milwaukee, they can do it if someone pays attention damnit
    2. Chicago, so can I run the computer for my team and win it all?
    3. Pittsburgh, I think it's time for Saber to make the leap
    4. St. Louis, with a GM again, they could be a player
    5. Cincinnati, biggest underachieving team ever
    6. Houston, in a rut- has no starting pitching- needs to trade me Al

NL West: (omg, no more BJD division!)
    1. Arizona, I always refuse to pick myself unless it's too obvious, kept team in tact
    2. San Diego, Idontnoa what to think of my pitching anymore
    3. Los Angeles, old and ugly but probably decent enough to hang around
    4. Colorado, has he shot his load over another overrated SP yet?
    5. San Francisco, they have a few great players but not enough depth to finish 3rd or better

    Playoffs:
Oakland, Chicago A, Tampa, New York
    Arizona, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Chicago N

    World Series:
Arizona vs. New York, with Arizona bringing sexy back to the West.

    Re: 2018 Predictions

I predict Boston and the Mets will be in hot competition for the #1 pick in next years draft.

I also predict it will be the last season that the Mets totally suck. Next season we are calling up the young guns just like the Baltimore Orioles have been doing!!! (I hope we can win more games than they are though.)

Ok, now somebody reach down to the top of your farm system and pluck a 5.0 SP prospect and trade him to me for Ojeda.

    Re: 2018 Predictions

I am working on something there in Boston, just give it some time.
I got my SP in this draft, and looking for more to come.

I realize that this is a tough league to compete in, and I am in by far the best division, so it will take some time.

Thanks for picking me to win the division, I certainly hope my team plays up to it's capability. I'm working on the bullpen, but I just can't seem to get relievers to succeed in any league.

I know. I looked at the top prospects in the league and maybe 2 or 3 were what I am looking for. 7-7-10 is not exactly future Ace material. Boston really got the prize of the draft pool. I would have taken Rubalcaba even with the 7 movement, but for his 3 stuff and movement. I hope he works out for whoever picked him, but I couldn't take him at #2.
