As the title reads, pretty self-explanatory.

Only 1-year offers (all the game will allow in season). Please either list the maximum you will sign player X for, or just say "sign for demands" if you want to make sure he signs. If your max offer is .700k (example) and player X will sign for less than that, so let's say .350k (another example), they will be signed for the lesser amount.

If you need to see an example of how this works out, last year's scrap thread is probably on the 2nd or 3rd page somewhere. This explanation probably isn't very good, but I'm beat and can't really think good right now.

I'll be on during the day to update with signings... spring training will run around noon on Tuesday probably. Sometime Tuesday afternoon seems right. The site isn't updated yet, but I'll have it updated before the morning probably.

I'm just happy I got SP Bobby "I don't think Oakland is a winner" Perry in the blind bids. Last season was the first time in 9 seasons that I didn't make the playoffs and that makes us a loser despite finishing above .500 (in spite of a +6 Pythagorean record)! Have fun in AAA Bobby!

***this is something I want to ask some of the vets playing OOTP.... has anyone ever seen a player above 1.5 stars sign for a MLC? Hansen is 2.0 Stars as a CL, and he accepted the MLD. Up until this point, I have always advised people to not waste time offering MLCs to anyone over 1.5 star, but then this happened. Anyone have any ideas to explain this?

Yeah, I've been the Braves for a while...I try to block it out. The funniest was when I was already the Braves, I signed Jimmy Rollins(EWW), and then Rollins got his 2,000th career hit with the Braves....AGAINST THE METS!

And I didn't notice the Fields thing...my bad.
