On paper, your team is maybe one or two big SPs away from being WS contenders. That's on paper though...

If Gorzelanny pitches to his ratings, that is a huge boost.. anything better than last yr really. O'Sullivan has nice potential if he can boost a little, Dontrelle is a solid #3, and Felix is great as a #1 if he stays healthy. One more SP would make you a little scarier...

pen has a lot of lefties, and some interesting arms. Could be real good or real bad (depends on years guys like Province, Allen have... a lot of those arms have talent but are crapshoots, though Street is legit and Cordero is consistent).

your offense looks really good based on ratings.. and I know Martin won ROTY last season. I know guys like Lamas aren't even filled out yet, either...

If you're not competing this year, you're maybe a few pitchers away from making some noise I'd say... maybe O'Sullivan will blossom late. He has ace-talent.
