Most of the time, I will try to wait you guys out. But if someone is taking a very long time or it simply looks like they aren't around, I will auto appropriately. Last case scenario though.

It also helps a lot if you guys PM the next person in line to pick to let them know they're up. I will update the title of the post to reflect who is in line to pick from time to time, as will Koz, but we can't be babysitters. If we're all courteous and pick in a timely fashion, we should be able to knock out the 1st round on the board.
