Fair to say you'll probably have pitching issues as usual and because your team rarely to never draws a walk, it's not a very good offense. Pen could be okay but for whatever reason, you're using Moskos who's clearly as bad as Bush.

I'd keep Francis in the rotation personally. Sure, his ERA isn't pretty, but he's an innings eater and a nice 4th or 5th starter. I think he'd be better than Tazawa, anyway.

Also, I've noticed pitchers don't always come back from injury and excel right away, so be cautious with Bowden. I think he could be a pretty solid pitcher if his ratings remain intact, but I wouldn't expect him to be great out of the gate. I'd even consider starting him in the bullpen to begin the year... and then he could replace the bad egg in the bunch, whoever it may be (Francis, Tazawa? Probably one of them).

Either way, I seem to notice pitchers/players having down years after season-enders. Hermida from Florida took awhile to get back to productive status (never really has gotten back to where he was before his injury), Upton had a major down year after his season ender in Arizona... it's happened with pitchers as well, none are coming to my head at the moment though.

Moskos actually was decent in this role last season. Which was better than Bush amazingly. My team can't take a walk to save their lives but they do hit at a high rate and most of the team can run. Its average at best. There are really no true high OBP guys in FA that are not 38 years old. Im been trying to draft one but the type of hitter im looking for hasn't been there the past couple of years.

Tazawa's track record is better than Francis and he was brilliant when I did put him in the rotation. Im not expecting Bowden to be an All-Star but he is the 2nd best guy I have right now. Kiker will allow 50 HRs but should have a low WHIP. Jackson is a wild card, I think his 10 movement could work in this park. I moved Haren and Francis to the pen to solidify that phase of the game.
