As bad as that looks now...it's important to remember Gindl got a HUGE boost. When I traded him he was a worthless 4.0 spec, a 4th/5th OF at best, and all of a sudden started using massive amounts of HGH.
It's hard for me to say I regret that one, because what are the odds that happens to Gindl? I'd do it again if I didn't know he'd team up with Victor Conte.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
Yea I made a run for the division one year and Sheets didnt pan out and the hitting didnt have a repeat performance...set me back a few years
The Weathers deal is one Id do again, Withrow would have been very good if not for a 2 week DL stint that turned into 2 big hits...he has never been the same since.
Although Im getting better... the deal where I got Labat/Zaragoza for Cardenas is looking like it will be good.
Also of note, I MADE NO REGULAR SEASON trades this year...arent u so proud nick, I think thats the 1st time since I joined the league
