Oh, wait you're complaining about something entirely different to QS #'s now. LOL... I didn't even notice, it all kinda blends in.

But uh, most pitchers who deserve to be comp-elligible will make 28-32 starts per year anyway. If being in a 4-man helps pitchers reach 28-32 starts easier, than so be it. It shouldn't make a difference. If we use ERA, QS and QS% as well as ratings (potentially, as these are the things we have talked about up to this point), KOZ and I will make sure to come up with final numbers that will ensure no one is getting jipped. I will likely use IP total as well as # of GS to decipher between type-a and type-b, too...
Just because a pitcher in a 4-man has enough starts, does not mean that he will qualify in other areas. There is no advantage to me... I don't know what everyone else thinks, but yeah.
edit:
One other thing... most SPs should, theoretically, make 30-32 starts if healthy while in a 5-man-rotation that is performing. If a quality player misses time and doesn't reach IP or GS, they would be considered for an injury exception like we've always done.

I mean, I understand any concerns. But just have faith that KOZ and I will come up with something good. I'm not even 100% positive what the final numbers or write-up will look like, and probably won't know for a little bit. Once we come up with something more final, I'll post it here... but since these won't even go into effect until next offseason, I'm not in a huge rush to get 'em out there. Before the first sim something will be posted and everyone can see if it looks good.
I'm not really anxious to jump into FA with 3 teams open anyway. MIL needs little work, and has so many extensions coming up I don't really care if they go through FA without a GM. I already filled out their line-ups for the next season anyway, in an attempt to make their team page more appealing... but they really have zero glaring holes. The other two teams could really use a GM for free agency and the offseason in general, though. I don't want anyone to double-up this season (GMs with more than one team), so if I have to I'll just auto them until we fill them... but that is not the preffered option.
