FA ends tomorrow at 10:30 edt. You can sign anyone in by using this post an hour and a half later. The point of starting it a little past the FA end time is to give everyone a chance to make offers without someone sniping the best remaining FAs from the get-go.

A few things to know incase you are know, but it's essentially the dame thing S3SL does.

ALL deals must be 1-yr in length. MLCs typically are only accepted by players who are 1.0-1.5 stars. I have never seen a 2.0 star player or above accept a MLC, atleast in this version of OOTP. You may try if you wish, but chances are it is just going to waste time as they will ask for guaranteed money. The league minimum (300k) or somewhere around it is more likely to get some of these guys 2.0-2.5 to sign, if you're just trying a lowball offer for the hell of it. First-Come, First-Serve FAs generally sign much cheaper than market value, and cannot turn any team down. That means if they did not like your org in the actual FA signing period, you may offer to them again and they will now listen.

For format, you can do either of the following:

- Post a max offer, and I will sign him to anything underneath it (i.e., if you offer 3.5 mil max and he's willing to sign for 1.7 mil, I will sign him to that)

- Post that you will sign him to his demands, and as long as you have the cash to make it work, I will simply sign him right then

I will edit your post in green or red depending on whether or not they signed, and if they demand more money than you initially offered I will post back letting you know.

There are no reservations in the first-come, first-serve period. So if you don't come back to a player in time if/when he declines your initial offer (theoretically if this even happens-- assuming some of you take advantage of submitting a max offer or signing to their demands it might not), then someone else can sign him.

I wasn't sure really what to do with this... thought about pushing the scrap round to tomorrow at a select start time, but frankly... it's just a scrap round and I really, really want to start the season before the weekend. These FAs could have been signed at any point during the 5 rounds, the way I see it. So if a few people got a slight jump on the remaining FAs, I don't think it's a life-ender.
