I need to trade one or both. Both are useful players with affordable contracts. I am just looking for a fair return: either a prospect or a MLB quality reliever who makes less than .600k (anymore than that and I would need cash to cover it.)

OF Lastings Milledge: 8/7/7/5/4 ratings, 9/8/8 speed, gold glove potential CF fielding

Milledge would be easier to acquire than Hermida.
