I really like this team going into next season with the new found speed. Viciedo finally came into his own as the DH. Jones moving over to 1B will not be the greatest defensively, but it allows me to get rid of Chris Davis finally. The rotation will most likely be Lobstein, Bowden, Kiker, Porter unless something I get a FA or I begin to suck again.

I'm hoping for back-to-back Cy Youngs with Gallardo. 22-9 with a 2.36 ERA and 1.02 WHIP...3rd in Wins, 1st in Quality Starts, 5th in Ks, 2nd in ERA, 3rd in Runners/9, 10th in OAVG, 2ns in WHIP.

Carlos Quentin proved to be an awesome FA pickup - .284/.376/.564 with a .941 OPS, 39 HR and 125 RBI, 104 R...highest career OPS by 44 points.
Also happy to see Hosmer break out with 32 HR 126 RBI and an .871 OPS...Kelly Johnson and Dan Uggla were good IF pickups and ultimately this offense, which was the weakness of the team last season, finished 6th in runs scored. Very pleased with the regular season...now playoff time.

I don't feel the need to tank.

I put my best line up forward and I still have the 7th or 8th pick. I should be able to find a good prospect there.

Although, I suppose I could have brought Martin and Lamas up for the last two sims, but not doing that was for financial purposes than not wanting to win too much.

Trade talent away for spects.. fine... but you always field your best

I could have easily tanked when DET started off horribly... just not gonna ever see me do that
