I figure he'll retire if he gets really bad, and if he doesn't turn into a complete slouch by 42 and is still in the league, all the better. He's been my most popular & consistent offensive player in this sim outside of Russell Martin, so it would have sucked to let him walk...

Went down to 5.520 per, but for 5 yrs now... can't affoard to have another player locked up that far in advance I dont think, and if I signed him I'd only have 2 mil or so in wiggle room..
