That's right, you heard me. The 2018 Colorado Rockies. I'm in rebuilding mode, but a) I'm bored, and b) I want to do a team preview, and my MLB team sucks. So I'm sticking my prospects into a team based on their talent. This can be sort of a trade block too, showing people what I need for my future plans.
So here goes:
Lineup:
Num Pos Name Bats Age Ratings 1 2B Anthony Wolters L 25 10-8-5-9-9, 9-8-7 speed, 7 def 2 RF Ray Mukada S 25 10-6-3-7-8, 9-8-7 speed, 9 def 3 SS Jesus Henriques L 22 10-7-8-10-8, ? def (needs to learn SS) 4 3B Fabien Herreros R 25 9-8-10-8-7, 8 def 5 1B Paul Creswell R 21 10-9-7-8-7, 3 def 6 LF Vern Wood L 28 10-6-5-10-8, 10 def 7 CF Kareem Said S 27 10-7-5-9-6, 10-9-8 speed, 6 def 8 C Aaron Figuerdo R 23 9-5-3-10-7, 6 def 8 C Cameron Garfield R 26 7-8-9-7-5, 7 def
Not sure which catcher will be in there, probably depends on trades/development.
Bench:
Pos Name Bats Age Ratings INF/RF Ruben Tejeda R 28 8-10-6-7-7, 9-9-9 speed, 10 def @ 2B, SS, RF OF Derrick Robinson S 30 8-8-5-3-7, 10-7-8 speed, 7 def @ CF, 9 def @ LF INF George Marquez R 27 8-10-5-5-5, 10-10-10 speed, 10 def @ 1B, 2B, 3B, SS 1B Tim Taylor R 27 8-7-9-3-9, 2 def 1B Glen Shupe R 26 8-8-2-9-9, 10-8-6 speed, 2 def 3B Amando Ortiz S 25 10-6-5-6-9, 4 def
Will do the pitching later. Although that's much more sparse...(hint hint to potential trade partners)
Obviously this won't even be close to my lineup in 3 years due to trades and talent increases/decreases, it's just cool to see what I've got at this point.
