Pretty much the similar format Mission just used in S3SL, but I'm not going to steal his entire writeup.
For those who aren't in S3SL, I'll lay post-FA signings out:
ALL deals must be 1-yr in length. MLCs are typically only accepted by players who are 1.0-1.5 stars. I have never seen a 2.0 star player or above accept a MLC. You can try I guess, but chances are it is wasting mine and your time. The league minimum (300k) or somewhere around it is more likely to get some of these guys 2.0-2.5 to sign, if you're just trying a lowball offer for the hell of it.
For format, you can do either of the following:
Post a max offer, and I will sign him to anything underneath that (so for example, if you offer 3.5 mil max and he's willing to sign for 1.7, I will sign him to that) but nothing above it
OR
Post that you will sign him for his demands, and as long as you have the money, I will simply give him what he wants
I will edit your post in green or red depending on whether or not they signed, and if they have higher demands, and I will list them as well.
There are no reservations in the first come, first serve class. So if you don't come back to a player in time after he declines your first offer (theoretically if this even happens, assuming some of you take advantage of submitting a max offer or signing to their demands it might not), then someone else could sign him in that time period.

Sorry if this is confusing. There's some good MRs, and a few bats left on the market. So I don't want to really start this right now. Tomorrow (1/7, Wed) at 12:00 PM CDT, is when you can submit offers. If you want to go by the forum clock, I believe it would be 13 hours + 5 minutes from right now.
Thanks. Also, PMs for first come, first serve will be ignored until a later point...
