'cept for the part where Harden is always awesome.

Because having faith that a 9-9-8 pitcher would actually would keep his ERA under 5.
I fully expect to execute my team this season.

TSSL: Seattle Mariners 2006-2029, Pittsburgh Pirates 2030-present (209-277, 5 division titles w/SEA, 1 championship w/SEA)
I have a 10-6-8 and a 9-7-8 that can't even keep an era under 5 in AAA. It happens.

I have a full team of guys that cant keep their ERA under 5. Except Marmol, Porter, and Francis.
Im gun-shy to call up Lobstein because he will have a 7 ERA like Kiker has right now.
I really was gunning for 1-14 with this squad.
But at least Adam Jones is on pace for 50-50. And a 10-10-10-7-8 hitter is off to his normal .207 hitting start.
At least people have good things to talk about. I don't. They cant hit, field, pitch or win.
End of story.

I've got nothing. I was going to say sometimes you have to stick with someone and play it out (Gallagher for me, for example), but you have had Hill and others forever. So that clearly can't apply to you. Perhaps changing completely is needed, demote the vets who always suck, take a flyer on a nobody who's never played, play the rookies, etc.

Hill and Francis are FAs to be, so I'm praying magically i can get something for them. Ive been trying to deal them forever but no one wants them. I don't have anyone that can do any better than anyone in that rotation at all. Ive tried everything with this bunch and nothing good comes out of it. So I'm going to have to let this team play out and rot while I try another plan I guess. I still hoping that the biggest bust in TPSL history (Triunfel) lives up to his billing (10-10-10-7-8 actuals).

With the exception of the curse of Oriole Magic, Boston, and I guess STL, every division is close still. O_O

so far so good. we're leading the Wild Card and very close in the division obviously. I like how we're performing early because most seasons we're slow out of the gate.
Mazzaro's off to a great start, eh St. Nick? The rotation hasn't been hurt too much. I expect Hirsh to get that ERA down a little and otherwise, I'm happy with them. No true stud, but Roe boosting is helpful and if McCarthy can be decent at the bottom, we'll be good with the pen. Hoey and Silva will be fine with more innings.
So Skipworth is useless as all ****. His contact, eye, and power ratings must be in the low whatever, cause he's sucking a large **** right now. In addition, Jake Turner blows ass, Kentrail Davis sucks, McCann's ratings just went down, Bridges is batting .181 with RISP, Ryan Sweeney is completely dreadful, Wilbanks isn't getting hits OR drawing walks, Tim Alderson is ****ing terrible, and last but not least, Anthony Gose the amazing pitcher/OFer and savior of the franchise is refusing to develop.
But hey, at least...wait, no. I feel like Porter.

Gee, I wonder where the strength of this team is!!
Mat Gamel - 7-8-10-7-5 ratings - .094/.227/.250. I should trade him to Seattle.
Stephen Strasburgh - 3rd in IP, T-1st in W, T-1st in CG, 1st in QS, 1st in K, 1st in ERA, 1st in Runners/9, 9th in K/9, 1st in OAVG, 1st in WHIP, 2nd in OAVG. Sweet.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
