Deadline for line-ups is 1:00 PM.

This is going to take is to the trade deadline. I'll give everyone a few days to work out deadline deals, and we'll probably sim again Thursday or Friday.

I should have this one up on time. Maybe a little before 3:00... line-up deadline is in effect. I'm working on the changes I have left, and there's a minor trade in council that won't effect lineups so if it passes I will enter it. Otherwise I will wait until next week's sim.
