    Burch's price has changed, wants 3.560 per for 3 now... just want to make sure before signing that it's cool. He wouldn't accept the previous offer.

    Weiters - money not enough. He does have a price, and it's 11.630 per for 3
    Roberts - I want more years! Slowly getting impatient. He also has a price, at 3.910 per for 4
    Snyder - $ is not enough, mood fine
    Lee - money not enough, mood fine (asking for 1 yr, 1.9 mil)
