Yes, I feel this is somewhat neccesary.

I don't want this league to turn into a battlezone due to personal conflict. I don't want GMs to feel as if their opinions don't matter, and I don't want people to quit over stupid misunderstandings that could be avoided. All that I ask is if you must critique little things, please keep it in this post, and do it in a fashion in which we can look to improve on for the league's sake.

Essentially, I just want everyone to use this post if they have a complaint/critique that they feel could actually make the league better... as long as it stays clean, I'll keep it open for as long as possible. Please no GM arguments either, guys.
