Free agent period will go like this:
5-5-5-5-10
Five rounds, final round will be 10 days and then depending on what's left first come first serve likely, unless there's still a big name FA or something.
The first two rounds are free agent compensation rounds. If a free agent who is compensation elligible according to our free agency compensation rankings, is signed during those first to rounds the following will happen...
From the FAQ:
2. Class A free agents will net compensation in the form of a pick from #16 overall to #45 overall, depending on the signing team.
3. Class B free agents will net compensation in the form of a pick from #46 overall to #75 overall, depending on the signing team.

The class is really big this year, plus the Yu thing, so I'm going to put a 55 million free agency limit. No spending more than 55 million in free agency period, with a 45 million per round limit**. And then if you win the Yu thing, obviously...
**This means you can only have 45 million on the table at a time. If say you offer one player 5 million out of your 45mil and he doesn't listen to your offer or signs with another team, that money is off the table and you now have 45 mil to spend again. However, if he signs with you, you have only 40 million left. Common sense, and it's the same rule mission and providence have used, but I'm just reitterating it in different words probably. Please try to keep track of how much money you are spending (I can always check I think, but it's easier if everyone else tries to remember).
