    9 -2 for the A's...but my top pitching spec lost talent and now has the dreaded 6 control...from 7,8,10 to 7,6,10 with the 10 now being lower as well...

    only 1 all-star, too in Jason Hirsh. I'm shocked Casilla didn't make since he's tied for the league lead in saves. Offense is up all around so I'm not shocked that some of my guys there didn't make it...oh well, at least I increased my lead by 3 games.

    As for the sim, 9 straight wins for the Mariners. Could they finally realize that they are good? I'm waiting for the 13 game losing streak.

    Erik Cordier has lost some movement on his pitches...
    B.J. Ryan has lost some movement on his pitches...
    James Adkins seems to have lost some of his feel for his stuff...
    Erik Cordier has lost some lower body strength, his duration drops.
    Eugene Vanwingerden's control seems to have taken a bump...

    I think I could at least be fighting for a Wild Card if Lincecum and Zito haven't been so god damn awful. Or at the very least be over .500.... its pathetic when 3.5 star Tim Lincecum can barely pitch 170 innings in a season with an ERA approaching 6.
