something must be in the water if Jose Guillen of all players is playing good sim ball

Garret Atkins is tearing it up...I don't even care that he can't play defense.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
I say the same about McPherson. Who cares if he sets a new record for errors in the outfield.

Wednesday 5/10/2010: San Francisco has no chance in a NO-HITTER by Ted Lilly
MILWAUKEE - Ted Lilly had his best stuff going, and San Francisco hitters were chanceless. Milwaukee's left-hander fired a NO-NO, his 1st shutout of the season. Lilly (3-3) struck out 7 and issued 1 BB, throwing 64 of 102 pitches for strikes. 'Well, the ball went where I wanted it. I was able to hit the corners with all of my pitches. I'm so happy that it was enough to pitch such a great game.' Milwaukee's rightfielder Garret Anderson finished with 1 hit in 3 AB, stroking a double, with 2 RBI. That was enough to support the brilliant performance of Lilly. The final score of the game was 3-0.
The National League Player of the Week award goes to Garrett Atkins, Milwaukee's starting third baseman. He had an on base percentage of .643 and hit .583, while driving in 14 runs. While compiling an on base percentage of .479, Garrett hit .408 and slugged .673. He has collected 34 runs batted in this year. He's 2nd in the National League in batting, 5th in homeruns and 6th in RBI!
Damn.
