    Kansas City Regular Season Store

Okay, time to just blow this all up. I would have to get 3/5 of a new rotation and a whole bullpen just to compete with the Tigers, Sox, and Twins. Thats just not feasible to try and accomplish with 20 mil to spend this year. I still will try to land FAs but everyone above AAA is available for acquisition. I know theres significant number of teams that have inquired on DeJesus so Im just saying anyone above AAA could be had. OF is not a real need since Ive got 3 guys at A/AA who when developed should be solid everyday MLBers. I need SP and MR (granted MR at a lower level since you can always make SPs Relievers). Im going to try and clear out as much room in my PM box as possible.

    2b Mark Grudzielanek- Free
RF Reggie Sanders- Good Power off the bench, also Free.
RF Emil Brown- Could be a 4th OF for teams.
SP Odalis Perez- When I can, I will ask to see what he wants to sign an extension but I am assuming it wont be for less than 7 mil, so any conversations Im assuming he will likely be a rental. Couple average spects would probably land him.
    SP Scott Elarton- Free
Offer on others. Ill respond when I get free time.

Anyone at AAA older than 27 practically free.
    Doesnt matter.

    Main Needs:
    SP
    MR
A Catcher (have to be a solid all around spect)
a true 3b (Im willing to use Gordon as my everyday 3b, but if someone comes thats better with the glove and a threat with the bat Gordon will be my 1b).

So you know, I tend to avoid SP whos control talent is below 6 as cornerstone of a blockbuster deal. Im open to taking them (see Perkins, Vince). If you want to see a pitching staff that I built for ideas? http://www.strike3sim.com/League/team10.html there you go.

I will take OFs that are clear upgrades over whats in the system already but not ones that are similar.
The Twins team is probably as good of an example of what I really look for when building a team. I'm not expecting on getting Morabito in a trade (he was a draftee) but its a good blueprint at what I look for in making a team in individual players.

    PM Me offers.

You say your middle of the infield defense is attrocious? Well look no further than David Bell .992 glove great for the lineups that already score enough but need to stop some teams from scoring with defense.

    Stats so far...

    Mark Grudzielanek .
Grudz is hitting .287, obp .333, only 7 Errors all year. .984 fld pct. Yes he's old, but that doesnt mean he can't help or that he's guarenteed to die.

    Emil Brown.
32 yrs old, making only 1.7 mil. Team lead with 15 hrs, inspite of not playing much until Sanders left. 2 Errors in over 170 Innings.

    David Bell.
34 yrs old, makes the min. Great Range at 2b or 3b. Wont be overly expensive as a defensive replacement/spot starter.

    Chip Ambres.
27 yrs old, 4th of potential.

    Ken Harvey.
29 yrs old, decent numbers vs LHP. Hasn't really hit for the power I thought he would, but park maybe affecting him. Makes the Minimum.

    Joselo Diaz .
27 yrs old, had a talent boost this year, been my best pitcher this year. Would probably be one of the higher value returns I would need to trade.

    Odalis Perez.
Basically Free now, would take a contract back to get rid of him.

    Ben Molina .
Just fishing to see if theres any interest. Could use a replacement Starter but not neccessary.
Lots of guys over 26 at AAA Realitively cheap.

***Dont even bother about the spects at AAA unless you want to try and really woo me with an offer.***
