thats pretty damned impressive for texas then. especially since all along ive been getting messages from colorado and a few others when i try to put offers in, that they dont have any money. it shouldve warned me for texas.

oh i know why... that money subtracts the money that they had in LEADING bids before this round. so somebody do the math on that. for the record, so somebody can do the math... im pretty sure wood and dotel were two guys he took over on this round, but weaver and stewart he had those offer in last round.

but I thought we couldn't spend more money than available FA money regardless? A signing subtracts from your available money. He'd have -$11 mil or so available now...

that available money already has the offers that are leading subtracted into it. so weaver's 6, gmj's 4 and stewart's 5.5 are already taken out of their available money... to come to that 19 million dollar value, which only wood and dotel come out of. he should have like 5 mil to spend when the upload is complete... unless hes winning on some bids right now.

He didn't lead on Weaver according to the notes on TB's and Texas' team page. Tampa led on Weaver as of the first sim (see postdate), and Texas took the lead on 2/6, or this period

oh i see again... he was leading on wood, and upped his bid. thats gotta account for some of the money disparity.

my memory of what his offers were is not as good as his should be... perhaps he can shed some light when he gets around. either way, my basic premise should hold true, i believe. in missions league this has been the case before, as ive added it up with what actually were my own offers before. in any case, he still has 2.9 mil to spend with a leading offer on the table... so either the game is giving him money, or my premise is almost somewhat correct.
