    Blue Jays Pete Walker Released

    Coach Walker?: The Blue Jays have given right-hander Pete Walker his release after he declined a minor league assigment and general manager J.P. Ricciardi suggested the club would be open to hiring Walker as a coach if the popular pitcher decides his career is over. "He's at a crossroads," Ricciardi said.

    thats too bad about Walker, I really like the guy but the Jays have no room for him at the majors or AAA level.
