    Yep, unless I can figure out some "creative accounting", I will have to consider some "redistribution of funds" trades to keep my team's head above water.
    Is there a penalty for being in the hole financially? Do I lose my team at some point for running a deficit, or am I just punished by not being able to sign FAs?

    You just won't be able to sign free agents.
    Trading will be semi-difficult in that you won't be able to take on any salary in a trade.

    You can post a in the trade forum now. We currently have a freeze on trades, but trading will be open as soon as the playoffs are over. Trading will be frozen again when free agency begins...so work fast. lol

    I will be doing 4 periods of Free Agency.

    1st 5 sim days
    2nd 5 sim days
    3rd 10 sim days
    4th 10 sim days

    The total FA period will last anywhere from 4-7 days.
