    Tenn. has one of the better spect systems in the league, but I think it would be very hard for anybody to come in and work with that depleted ML roster.

    Cleveland is just a mess.

    I thought about Florida, but I think someone can make Florida a pretty good team.

    So I chose Cleve. and Tenn.

    Florida has some very good players, and would be an easier team to find a GM for. I vote for Cleveland and Tennessee. Tennessee's farm system will help strengthen the weaker teams in a draft. Their ML roster is full of old players and bad contracts. Finding a GM for Cleveland and Tennessee may be very difficult.
