Pre FA or during FA is a big question... I don't want people to lose interest waiting to pick....

I like it because we have access to the prospects right away, but it seems to me this stalls the league more as we have to finish the draft before we can even begin instead of letting it go in the background as we carry on with everything else.That said, I really only see it being this kind of conundrum during the occasional deep draft.

Having the prospects right away is another reason why I do it. It doesn't stall the league more because most of the time commissioners take a break between seasons. I'm not taking a break. We're doing the draft and then FA...then ST and the season. This keeps the league constantly active. Trading is open now, too.

I'm going to go with the 24 hour limit as that is something I've used most of the time...last season being an exception.
