sounds like your settings aren't configured to see the banner. go to "user cp", and click on "options" on the left. scroll to the bottom of the page, and you'll see "skin" options. you're probably set at "strike 3 forum" skin. scroll to the skin above that where it says "default forum" skin. that should work.Nope on mine I have.
