    Rays Tampa Bay 2012 Extensions

    signed Grant Balfour @ $1,900,000 for 2 years at his request
    signed Evan Longoria @ $6,380,000 for 5 years at his request
    NOTE: Longoria asked for that amount, and then got angry when I offered it to him and said he won't talk to me any more. Like I've done with others when this happened to them, I am going to let his arby run out, and if he still *****es at the end of the season, I'll edit his contract.

    Well I solved the Longoria problem by signing him to $6,230,000 for 4 years.
