Peavy is def worth more than a 5.0 SP with a 6ish ERA in AAA and a guy who if his position were changed to SP would be a 3.5-4.0... also with 6ish ERA in AAA.
I wish I had the specs to trade for him. Your #2-4 specs definitely give you an advantage.
